Hertzberg Garden:

David Hertzberg started planting on the one acre property in 2014 with his partner and well known plantsman the late DeArmand Hull.  This wonderful garden has a nice variety of palm species laid out along gravel paths. David is a member of both HIPS and the orchid society so there are plenty of orchids, gingers, heliconias, and bromeliads in the garden as well.  

Armstrong Garden and Nursery:

An expert grower, Tony has been supplying palms for the silent auction at the annual dinner for years.  Now we are invited to tour his garden and he will have various items for sale at the tour.  His nursery sells palms, bromeliads, anthuriums, philodendrons, other exotic tropical plants and edible plants.  They also have aquatic plants (about 20 different kinds) and tropical fish (Guppies, Platies, Swordtails, Gold Barbs, Long fin Cherry Barbs, White Cloud Minnows).
